This nomination reflects a year of exceptional growth and momentum. For the fiscal year 2024-25, NūMove achieved record-breaking expansion, driven by the development and commercialization of advanced mixed palletizing solutions tailored for high-SKU environments such as grocery and beverage distribution centers. In just one year, our robot purchases surged from 5 to 33 units, an impressive tripling of purchased value and sixfold increase in units.
Category Most Innovative Solution
RAPTOR
RAPTOR is designed to tackle one of the most complex challenges in beverage distribution: high-throughput mixed-SKU order building for fast-movers. This advanced solution combines robotics, AI-driven vision, and intelligent software into a dual-robot system integrating both depalletizing and palletizing. It enables fast, precise, and flexible handling of diverse product formats.
Previously ordered systems are scheduled to be fully operational in 2026, bringing a total deployment of 20 ABB robots.
Robotic Layer Mixed Palletizer
This palletizing robot is engineered to efficiently process full layers of mixed-format products at throughput rates of up to 2,200 units per hour. Unlike traditional palletizing systems, this solution dynamically adapts to variations in product size, format, and height within each layer. Our custom fork-style robotic end-effector securely lifts products from below, enabling high-speed handling while maintaining load integrity.
Supported by NūMove’s proprietary software called NūLogik, the system optimizes product placement, synchronizes with upstream automation systems, and ensures precise, reliable pallet building across a wide range of packaging types and pallet formats.
