Palletizing Application Types

This type of palletisation, designed to build pallets with a single product type, is most commonly found in manufacturing facilities.
The palletized product may vary depending on the client’s production cycles. That’s why we develop our robotic systems to be flexible and capable of adapting to a wide range of products and production changes.
Whether installed at the end of a production line or in a centralized setup, the palletizer can be fed by multiple lines and build several unit-load pallets simultaneously.

This type of palletisation, engineered to build pallets with a mix of different products, is widely used in warehouses and distribution centers (often called outbound palletizing).
Mixed-load palletizers are also found in manufacturing facilities that manage their own product distribution.
These systems can handle an almost unlimited variety of products. Items can be fed to the palletizer randomly or ideally in a sequenced order, thanks to upstream equipment and integrated software.
