A few weeks ago, we brought the whole team together in NūMove’s new second building. Through an exclusive live demo, we inaugurated our brand-new robotic multi-SKU palletizing system, NūBotik MixPal. We also took advantage of this gathering to host a general meeting and enjoy a delicious feast.
The Culmination of a Strategic Vision
For several years, NūMove has aimed to break into the warehouse and distribution center market with robotic mixed palletization. NūBotik MixPal marks the culmination of this strategic vision! We meticulously navigated each step, first developing our semi-automatic mixed palletizing solution. This allowed us to perfect the structural base of the NūBotik MixPal. NūMove then invested in designing a high-performance fork-type robot tool capable of individually palletizing mixed products. Significant efforts were dedicated to integrating advanced cubing software that optimizes mixed pallets. Ultimately, the combination of all these steps has allowed us to solidify our expertise and offer a competitive robotic solution, available by the unit.
NūBotik MixPal
Entirely designed and engineered by NūMove, NūBotik MixPal can palletize up to 800 products per hour! The palletizing robot is installed on a 12-foot-high platform. An integrated stretch wrapper beneath the platform enables wrapping during palletizing, ensuring the pallet’s stability. An empty pallet is staged next to the palletizing position, so the robot does not wait when a load is completed to start building the next one. These maximizes robot usage and the system’s throughput.
Live Demonstrations at PACK EXPO International
From November 3 to 6, NūMove will be offering live demonstrations of this system at PACK EXPO.
Visitors will have the opportunity to test NūBotik MixPal themselves and build their own mixed pallet directly at the event.
To recreate real-life scenarios, visitors will use NūMove’s HMI (Human Machine Interface) to select the quantity and variety of products they want to palletize. In just a few minutes, once the data is processed by our load planning software, visitors will be able to watch NūBotik MixPal execute their order on a large screen broadcasting everything live from NūMove’s facility.
